This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for July 02, 2008:
knowledge is what you know. wisdom is what you do with it.

according to Socrates, knowledge consists of the things we are taught, and wisdom is the ability to discern truth (or lack of it) in those things.
excellent!
or maybe knowledge is the hot air and wisdom is the soap. put em together and you got bubbles!! nice for a little while, then *poof* it's gone.
“poof” its gone. Yup, neither are a free ride. We have to keep being open to pushing the boundaries on what we think we know and understand
:).
What you say is very wise. I have helped to create a school for obtaining wisdom, http://www.onlinehumanities.com. Please let me know what you think.
I like the hot air and soap - thanks Stacy…
knowledge is knowing that 2+2=4 and wisdom is being buhda
